1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any service provided by mypay88, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mypay88 platform.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mypay88 as the platform operator. This agreement governs all aspects of platform use including account registration, betting activity, financial transactions, and communications between users and the platform.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account at mypay88. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal information, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details to be used for transactions.

mypay88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are required to provide a copy of a valid identity document when requested. Failure to provide the document within the stipulated period may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.

3. User Eligibility

Use of the mypay88 platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. mypay88 takes seriously its responsibility to protect minors from gambling activity.

By registering an account at mypay88, you confirm that you are aged 21 and above and that you are not registering on behalf of any individual below the stated age limit. If we find that an account has been registered by an underage individual, the account will be closed immediately and all related funds will be returned after the investigation is complete.

Users must also be individuals who register voluntarily and are not in a position prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to them. Users who have chosen to self-exclude or who have been listed in the self-exclusion programme of any gambling operator are not eligible to register a new account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mypay88 supports several local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All available deposit and withdrawal methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction regardless of the method selected. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is submitted, subject to the completion of the account verification process.

All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the user's name will not be processed. mypay88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any unusual withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mypay88 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, which is RM1,500 in that example.

A larger deposit example: depositing RM800 gives a bonus of RM500 (maximum), bringing the balance to RM1,300, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000. This wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

All bonuses offered by mypay88 are subject to the following conditions: a bonus may only be used once per registered user; bonuses may not be transferred to other users; mypay88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of improper use or system abuse.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mypay88 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are not permitted to cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly allowed by the rules of a specific game.

mypay88 reserves the right to void, review or reject any bet if there is a technical error, inaccurate information, or circumstances affecting the integrity of a match or game. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

For sports betting, the odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed. Differences between displayed odds and final odds may occur due to network delays; in such cases, the odds in effect at the time the bet is received by the system will apply.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login information secure. You must not share your password or account details with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify mypay88 immediately via live chat or email.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the mypay88 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their area of residence. mypay88 does not guarantee that this service is lawful in every jurisdiction.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

mypay88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any account without prior notice if these terms and conditions are breached. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts, fraud, attempted money laundering, system manipulation, or providing false information during registration.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer service team. Before closure is processed, all eligible account balances will be returned once identity verification is completed and any active wagering requirements are met or cancelled in accordance with applicable rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

mypay88 provides an online betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we work to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or protected from technical disruptions beyond our control.

mypay88 is not liable for any indirect losses, consequential losses, or any damages arising from: service interruptions due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures; betting decisions made based on inaccurate information provided by third parties; or unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.

mypay88's maximum liability to any user will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the submission of a liability claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mypay88 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

By continuing to use the mypay88 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
